The Braided Cord

Welcome to our site - for adults living with FASDs and teens growing into adulthood.

Rob, Alicia and I are in this for a lifetime - we can't change what happened to us before we had our first breath. But we can help you grow and learn and figure out ways to have a happy and successful life.

Stop over and meet us. We have fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASDs) and we are telling people because it is one disability no one needs to have. It will take all of us, working together to come up with ways to help persons with this kind of brain difference succeed. We may not be doctor's but we are the experts of understanding FASDs from the inside out. We hope we can help you and your family and the people who love you understand our world.

Let out ideas make a difference in your life.
